Terms & Conditions

IMAGO Aesthetic Clinic Pte Ltd shall be referred to "Imago" in the terms and conditions below. The client is deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following Terms and Conditions.

  1. Goods & Service Policy

Imago is fully committed to deliver consistent quality products and services, meeting contractual requirement and clients' satisfaction in cost and service of work.

  1. Terms & Conditions of Sales

2.1 Bookings & Payments

A booking of service contract is made upon payment of the deposit amount of at least 20% of service package. The deposit forms part of the final payment. Balance payment is to be paid to Imago within 3 months.

2.2 Cancellations of Service Packages

2.2.1 All purchases made would be subjected to the Company's Policy of non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Any unused Treatment sessions will be forfeited and non-exchangeable.

2.2.2 Cancellation of booking from clients must be made in writing and received by Imago. There shall be no refund of the deposit paid. The client shall have the option to:

(1) Replace the package with an equivalent value and the deposit shall be used as deposit for the new package

(2) Collect the products (if any) prepared and intended for use in the initial treatment of the service new package or package purchased.

2.3 Service Fee Inclusion

The service fee includes all services as stipulated in the price list and communication materials with clients.

2.4 Service Fee Exclusion

The service fee excludes any additional charges for extra services such as product upgrade request not included in the original package, e.g., Ampoule. These are stated clearly in the price list.

2.5 Exchange and Refund Policy

2.5.1 Product Returns and Exchange Procedure
a) All requests to be email to

  1. b) Purchased products intended for return or exchange must be in their original packaging unopened (unused) accompanied by the Return and Exchange Form.
  2. c) Requests for Returns and Exchanges must be made within 5 working days after purchase. Otherwise, there shall be no refund and/or exchange.

2.5.2 Exchanges

Imago accepts return for any un-opened and unused products and will make an exchange of products of similar value immediately upon receipt of goods within 5 working days from the purchase date.

2.5.2 Refund - All purchases made would be subjected to the Company's Policy of non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Any unused Treatment sessions past the Expiry Date will be forfeited and non-exchangeable.

2.5.4 Refund for Payment made by Credit Cards:

For payment made by credit cards, all refund once approved by the company will be made through the credit card approximately between 4 to 6 weeks or approximately 2 months during peak period. All refund, regardless of mode of payment, an admin fee of 5% is chargeable from the final refund amount and shall be borne by the client.

2.6 Warranties and Service Guarantees

2.6.1 We warranty our services according to the plan which clients had signed up. At the end of every treatment, clients will endorse their satisfaction with the treatment performed.

2.6.2 Imago will make all efforts to ensure that the client's expectations are met. however, for best results, the client must be committed to complete the entire recommended course. Clients shall be made aware that results vary from individual to individual

2.6.3 All services are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

2.6.4 Clients are not compelled to purchase any treatment products. Clients should consider their own needs and decide accordingly.

2.6.5 Clients shall check that the purchase shown on the receipt tally with the purchase made before leaving.

2.6.6 Clients are required to inform the Company one (1) day in advance of any changes in their appointment schedule. Weekend bookings are chock-a-block, so any cancellation short of one (1) day notice will be charged a 50% (of treatment value at Imago's ala carte rate) of cancellation fee or a session to be deducted from your package (of multiple sessions)

2.6.7 "NO SHOW" (during weekends) with no prior notice will incur full charges (of treatment value at Imago's ala carte rate) of cancellation fee or a minimum of two (2) sessions to be deducted from your package (of multiple sessions)

2.7 Imago reserves the rights to assign any suitable staff and/or doctors to service our clients.

2.8 Imago accepts clients' declaration of health, skin condition allergies, etc to be true at the point of declaration. We will not be held responsible for unforeseen reactions to a treatment caused by clients' withholding of information with regards to the above-mentioned conditions that led to the inaccurate assessment and recommendations of treatments. Imago is a medical aesthetic clinic designed to offer a variety of elective cosmetic procedures and clients engage Imago's products and services by choice. Products and services require clients' disclose potentially harmful medical issues can result in unwanted side effects and clients agree that Imago shall not be held liable.

3.0 Pricing & Payment

3.1 Payment

3.1.1 The client shall pay the exact amount of the service and product charges (including deposits, if any as specified in the invoice overleaf).

3.1.2 Payments are collected in Singapore Dollars. Types of payment accepted include cash, NETS, credit cards and cheques. VIA / Master Card Stickers are prominently displayed in all outlets / point of sale.

3.1.3 Receipts (see overleaf) will be issued to acknowledge deposits / down payments and all other payments.

3.2 Pricing of Goods & Services

3.2.1 Imago is committed to avoid over or under-charging and to ensure correct change is given, client is advised to verify the following prior to signing sales contract.
- Price tags on products / Price for service packages as indicated on Tax Invoice
- Price quoted reflects the total amount payable inclusive of GST
- Additional Charges for extra services are clearly stated.
- All prices quoted for treatments and aesthetic packages are inclusive of taxes, and any other surcharges (if any). All items and services listed clearly in each service package, reflected in communication materials to customers.
- Imago honours the prices quoted at the same time of booking for treatments and packages and other related services. Clients will not be subjected to sudden change of prices.

4.0 Complaint & Claims

4.1 Any complaints or claims shall be submitted in writing within 3 working days from the date of consumption of service, for Imago's investigation. No responsibility is accepted in respect of any complaints and / or claims not so made.

4.2 The client shall indemnify Imago from all injuries or damages sustained in the course of the treatment, and which are due to acts beyond the control of Imago. Imago shall bear the medical cost that the client may incur for the medical consultation and treatment of injuries arising solely from the mishandling of equipment or the administration of unsuitable products during the treatment process.

4.3 Upon a report of any injury or adverse health received, the client must return to Imago for an examination and for recovery action. Client shall not go for any legal action if there's no medical report or oral testimony of Imago's panel of doctors.

5.0 Confidentiality of Information

5.1 We treat all transactions and client's particulars with strictest confidence.

5.2 Clients' data are collected for completing transactions and providing services and will not be used for any other purposes.

5.3 Permission shall be obtained from the clients should their personal data be required for purposes other than internal marketing and billing.

6.0 Age Restriction

6.1 In the event if you are under 21 years of age, parental consent is required or you are required to be accompanied by you parents.

7.0 Liability Disclaimer

You have read and understand this waiver and have been fully informed of all Imago Aesthetic Clinic terms and conditions as well as benefits and limitations. You certify that you have disclosed all medical conditions that might affect your treatments as well as previous products and services used and their side effects, if any. Imago disclaims liability for any loss, injury, claim, or damage related to your use of its product and services, including without limitation, those resulting from errors or omissions and unsatisfactory aesthetic outcomes. Imago will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, reliance or special damages, including without limitation damages arising from any court action or legal dispute. In no event shall the aggregate liability of Imago, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence, whether active, passive or imputed), product liability, strict liability or other theory, arising out of or relating to the use of Imago's products or services, exceed any compensation paid by you for your treatment by Imago during the three months prior to the date of any claim. You release your providers from any injury or complication resulting from undiagnosed medical conditions present during your treatment. You assume all responsibility for updating changes in physical and mental condition.

8.0 Indemnification

8.1 You will indemnify and hold harmless Imago and its officers, agents, employees, representatives and assigns from any costs, damages, expenses and liability caused by your use of any of Imago's products and services or your violation of these Terms of Service. you absolve Imago Aesthetic Clinic Pte Ltd and the treating staff of any responsibility should any complications arise.

8.2 You agree to have your images taken before, after the procedure and at consultations.

8.3 You are undergoing this procedure of your free will and all your questions have been answered to your satisfaction.

8.4 You understand that a series of treatments will be required, and you hereby give consent for repeated treatment of the same nature. You understand any revocation of such treatment will be revoked by your expressed written notice.

9.0 Variation of Conditions

These terms and conditions shall not be amended or varied except by written agreement between the client and Imago.

10.0 Miscellaneous

10.1 Choice of Law, Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any disputes with Imago arising from or connected to your products and/or services at Imago will be governed by the laws of Singapore, that Singapore courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such disputes.

10.2 Headings for Convenience Only

The headings of sections and sub-sections in this Agreement are for convenience only and are not intended to affect the meaning of the Agreement.

10.3 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with invoices, sales orders or other purchases-related communication, is the entire agreement between you and Imago with respect to your use of Imago and its products and services. We reserve any rights not expressly granted here.

10.4 Non-Waiver

No waiver of by the Company of any terms or conditions set forth in this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such terms or conditions or a waiver of any other terms or conditions, and any failure of the Company to assert a right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

10.5 Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions will continue in full force and effect.
